This single-origin roast is from the highlands of Mexico. Known for their delicate, smooth texture, these beans bloom in fire. Letting the origin speak for itself, the sweet roasted pecan-tasting note creates a soft, comforting finish! 

As always, these beans are organically grown and roasted over an oak fire in a hand-crafted brick oven, giving you an experience unique to Summer Moon Coffee. Tex meets Mex!
